What is E-light

E-light combines three technologies for better efficiency and delivery.
These three technologies are Intense Pulse Light (IPL), radio frequency (RF) and cooling system.

Intense Pulse Light (IPL) is known as a high intensity light that undergoes filter change to change its light characteristics. Light energy changes to heat energy that damages the target area, and hence helps to stimulate collagen production. IPL, being a non-ablative treatment, works on the lower layers of skin (dermis), leaving the top layers of skin (epidermis) unaffected. IPL benefits from a wider spectrum of light, which makes it better, more flexible, and less invasive than laser.

An electromagnetic field is generated by radio frequency (RF) between two poles, and as it penetrates through the skin’s deep layers, collagen remodeling is initiated by the raising temperature.

Cooling system, on the other hand, enables a more bearable treatment. The applicators are placed onto the skin for cooling and soothing purposes.

Pigmentation happens due to dense clusters of melanin cells in the dermis and epidermis. IPL works by breaking the bonds between melanin cells. These cells are eliminated from your body via lymphatic drainage. Over the time, the clusters become smaller, hence the pigmentation becomes less visible.

#6 Minimizing Open Pores

IPL is effective to simulate the production of collagen and elastin, and to boost circulation.
